This week Citizen Relations revealed yet another big change to what the global communications agency brings to clients with their dComm3, digital capabilities that  further strength the integrated service offered to brands.  This will also help Citizen Relations' client who are looking to influence audiences more effectively, with more personalization, performance and dynamic content to better connect marketing, sales and data.

“While Citizen has been providing social and digital communications services to its
clients for years, we felt there was much more to be done,” said Nick Cowling,
Citizen’s CEO. “We wanted to build an offering that would drive conversation
surgically, bring our campaigns to life online in a truly connected fashion and deliver
performance like never before - our new digital team is doing just that."

dComm3 is led by Crystalyn Stuart-Loayza who joined the agency last fall as Chief Digital Officer, and on her team which consists of: 

  • Cara Peckens - SVP, Digital R&D and Technology: 15+ years of experience; who will be focused on co-creations, packages, and operationalizes innovative
    and digital-first marketing capabilities and products
  • Laura Brown - VP, Digital Strategy: with her 15+ years in advertising and public relations agencies; she leads teams to develop digitally-led creative communications campaigns, channel plans, influencer marketing campaigns, paid media plans, community strategies and content development
  • Daniel Sendecki - VP, Performance Content: with a strong background in print,
    digital and content strategist for B2B, B2C, and D2C brands; bring 20+

The team has already begun to integrate the dComm3 offering with several existing Citizen clients, including Molson Coors and others.

This is part of the evolution of Citizen Relations as PR In Canada discovered during our interview with CEO Nick Cowling.  The agency recently completed a rebrand of the agency taking into consideration its mission and values.
