Now we are going to break down our Naughty or Nice list which was compiled based on reader feedback and the stories that you read over the last year.
Naughty:
- NATIONAL Public Relations continues face the same problems, the agency has become a revolving door of talent. We are often tipped about the struggles the agency has to the team together at all levels. So far all efforts to speak to someone in management have been left with experiences that certainly do not represent how public relations people should conduct themselves.
- There has been a major shift over the last three years, consumers want more from the brands they trust and purchase products and service from. This will naturally have a direct connect on the agencies that brands will hire, so it is up to agencies to change their model and deliver a more meaningful experience and relationship.
Nice:
- Faulhaber Communications has just dominated in the Agency Scoreboard ranking as their year was filled with a new clients (Faulhaber expanding their service offering), and a very strong retention rate with existing clients.
- DMPUBLIC makes the nice list as the breakout agency of 2021, from the start Deanne Moser found a niche with a laser focus finished off the year strong.
- Kruger there is a fine balance between building your brand and staying profitable, this is a brand that has been very strategic at its efforts over the last year.
