Why has our Corporate Membership expired?
Once the 365 days of your Corporate Membership has expired your account will be downgraded. With a downgraded membership you will no longer receive the benefits of the Corporate Member. Some of the benefits include - your Vendor Profile (and its subsequent benefits will be lowered to the Bronze level); Priority Coverage; inclusion in Recommended Vendor Program (the ads you see included in our content towards the bottom of each story); access to our Business Leads program.
Why was my Corporate Membership downgraded?
Once Corporate Membership has expired we allow a grace period to renew. After that accounts will be downgraded and content will no longer be available and/ or limited view-ability to readers until the account is restored.
How can we restore an expired Corporate Memberships?
You will be charged a $75 fee to restore your Corporate . This fee will be added on top of the Corporate Membership you select at the time of purchase. Charged when your service is restored after your Corporate Membership has been being downgraded. Downgrading occurs if an account is not renewed by due date. The stories we have published about your company are still archived through our web hosting provider. Your Vendor Profile and other content will all be restored.
