Generative AI might be the hottest tech trend right now, but it seems many B2B companies are still giving it the side-eye when it comes to rolling it out at scale.

According to a fresh survey by Bain and Company, over 1,000 B2B pros spilled the tea on how their companies are (or aren't) weaving AI into their workflows.

Part of that could be utility, in that segments of the company are not finding efficiencies from AI usage, while it may also be embedded process, and sticking with what they know.
