Tim Hortons Ends Relationship With North Strategic, Secures New Agency Of Record


Tim HortonsFor many years Tim Hortons [TCO] has been known as one of Canada’s best brands but with a number of missteps over and over it has lost customer loyalty. Over the last few months the brand has starting making investments in itself with the hope of returning to admiration from Canadians. On their way to this Tim Hortons has ended its relationship with North Strategic [TCO] as the brands agency of record.

Following a competitive review Tim Hortons has hired a new Canadian public relations agency of record (AOR) for public relations.
