After a extensive search online and through their network, Toronto-based advertising agency Delvinia has hired a new public relations manager. Susan O’Neill has been recently been hired for the role. Previously she was Toronto Bureau Chief at BizBash Media, and before that Staff Reporter at Toronto Community News.
