What happened with the Goodlife Fitness?
Earlier this week Goodlife Fitness sent an email to 175,000 members that encouraged paying member to write local politicians and ask that gyms be reopened, additional the company sent a step-by-step guide, including a link to a pre-written letter.

U have 0 care for the mental health of ur employees or members as documented in ur business practices.

With the recent spike in COVID-19 case numbers in Ontario and the country at large many business such as gyms, casino and move theatres forced to shut down, temporarily. Consumers more than ever want a brand that listens, they want a brand that is empathetic to their situations.
