Goodlife FitnessEarlier this week Goodlife Fitness sent an email to 175,000 members that encouraged paying member to write local politicians and ask that gyms be reopened, additional the company sent a step-by-step guide, including a link to a pre-written letter.

With the recent spike in COVID-19 case numbers in Ontario and the country at large many business such as gyms, casino and move theatres forced to shut down, temporarily. Consumers more than ever want a brand that listens, they want a brand that is empathetic to their situations.
