GCI Canada is growing again, you may recall Joe Peters was appointed President of GCI Group back in February. Today,Kristy Derkson has been appointed General Manager of GCI Canada, and she will work out of the agency’s Toronto office.
Kristy spent the last 12 years with H+K Strategies [Marketplace Listing] in various management roles, most Vice President and Deputy Audience Engagement Lead; and before that Vice president and Group Leader . Kristy was with H+K Strategies and some of her accomplishments there include being a central role in creating and driving Canada 2067, and a national initiative to shape science learning for Canada’s five million youth.
