We broke the news back in October 2015 that Citizen Relations had promoted Nick Cowling to the role of President of Canada. Under his leadership the communications agency has grown significantly with new business such as here and here, expanding the executive team across North America. He has also groomed his leadership to take on a sister agency sister. Now the agency announces the promotion of Nick Cowling to the role of President of North America at Citizen Relations.
In this role, Nick will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and overseeing innovation and growth strategies for the firm in North America, in addition to leading global brand-building and corporate communications efforts. He will continue to be based in Toronto and report to Cynthia Rude, Citizen Relations’ COO, while working closely with all U.S. and Canadian regional leadership. Further, Nick sits on the global executive committee with a collective mandate of evolving the firm’s growth, reach and reputation.
Fun Facts: Nick worked at Pizza Hut for 10 years in a variety of roles like delivery driver, cook, and waiter.
