As they continue to strengthen their digital offering, communications agency Citizen Relations has hired Mark Carpenter as their Vice President of Digital. Mark has spent his career thus far focusing on the digital aspect of communications, most recently at BBDO as a Group Digital Director.
Prior to that he was an Group Account Director at Syncapse; Account Supervisor at Publicis Modem Toronto and Account Supervisor at Segal Communications.
