This week Nick Cowling has been promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Citizen Relations [TCO], effective immediately. In the role he will be responsible to drive the business strategy for the agency and ensures it continues to deliver on its mission to “Make Every Conversation Count.”
Nick will continue to be part of the leadership team for Citizen’s holding company Plus Company where he also the Chair of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Council for Plus Company Canada. Prior to the move he was Global President; and before that President, Canada and Global Innovation.
