Just over a year ago FleishmanHillard in Canada (FH) and High Road merged to form FleishmanHillard HighRoad.  For months everything seemed to progressing forward full steam, but we now have it confirmed that FleishmanHillard HighRoad has laid off a few of their staff in Toronto.

Update – with the two agencies merging some restructuring occurred and there were some duplicate roles in areas such as administration.  The industry is at a major turning point, it will be interesting to see whether FleishmanHillard HighRoad will be able to able to continue to at or above the industry average of growth.
