Faulhaber has acquired Toronto-based Jane Gill PR for an undisclosed sum, marking the next exciting chapter in the agency's growth. The strategic acquisition lets Faulhaber deepen its luxury expertise, expand its talent pool, and scale its independent operations to better serve premier brand rosters across Canada and beyond.

The business will operate as “Jane Gill PR, a Faulhaber company”, providing continuity through the transition. Clients and employees will gain access to Faulhaber’s infrastructure and integrated PoweredPR® capabilities, including brand strategy, digital, creative, and experiential services through the agency’s fxm division.
“I've spent 25 years building Faulhaber by looking beyond what's in front of us and imagining what could be possible. This acquisition represents one of those moments,” said Christine Faulhaber, Founder and CEO of Faulhaber. “We have incredible momentum, a talented leadership team led by Lexi Pathak, and a clear vision for the future. This isn't about becoming bigger. It's about becoming stronger, broadening our expertise, creating new opportunities for our clients and team, and building the next chapter of Faulhaber.”
The acquisition comes as both brands celebrate milestone anniversaries: Faulhaber marks 25 years in business, while Jane Gill PR celebrates 35 years. It brings together two established Canadian agencies with complementary strengths, strong reputations, and a shared commitment to senior counsel and highly personalized client service.
Jane Gill will remain actively involved through the transition, working alongside Faulhaber to provide continuity for employees and clients. Carla MacNeil will have a dual role – Managing Director of Jane Gill PR while also assuming Vice President at Faulhaber.
