DrakeIn case you missed it, Drake and Canopy Growth [TCO] have partnered up to launch a new cannabis brand – More Life Growth.  The new partnership will see Drake owning 60% of the new company and Canopy Growth [TCO] owning 40%.

The rules for advertising of cannabis are very strict which fits with the way the Canadian government operates in a very conservative fashion, but having Drake and its brand behind this new cannabis company might be a way to by-pass some of those rules.

Drake has built his name to become an international brand and his “machine” OVO (October’s Very Own” has become the backbone for the branding of everything Drake touches. OVO is behind an annual youth conference, concert series, clothing line and more.
