One of North America’s North America’s preeminent arts festivals – Luminato, has hired Pomp & Circumstance [TCO] as their official public relationsagency of record (AOR).

Pomp & Circumstance has already begun working in the new client and will provide will media and influencer relations for Luminato inlead up to and during the 2019 festival.
