Women In Communications & Marketing Awards Committee
We are looking at next big initiative for PR In Canada – Women In Communications Awards & Luncheon and looking for a few good men and women to be part of the team that helps create this great event which is being held on March 8, 2017. The awards recognize some of the best women in communications and marketing working in Canada.
Top 30 Under 30 Committee
In 2017 we will be hosting our 4th annual Top 30 Under 30 and looking for team members to held with the event logistics and execution. The event will take place in June 2017 as we recognize the best 30 public relations professionals across the country.
Events/ Social Committee
There simply are not enough social events for the PR industry, our goal with this committee is to provide more networking for the industry. Additional opportunity to get out and enjoy the summer with co-workers and industry colleagues. This team also produces our annual Top 30 Under 30 reception.
Social Media Committee
Enhances the public awareness of PR In Canada and the public relations industry, and develops strategies to increase PR In Canada membership. Contribute to maintaining and promoting the PR In Canada social media campaign through the use of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
The Sponsorship Committee raises funds and in-kind donations needed to offset the delivery of our programs and operations. They actively solicit new partners, develop strong relationships with existing partners and develop new opportunities to increase sponsorship through recognition and increasing the value of the PR In Canada connection with our partners.
These opportunities are idea for individuals looking to enhance or share existing expertise in communications, project management and leadership.
