NATIONAL Public Relations Continues To Lose Talent

August 8, 2018

Long term readers of PR In Canada will know that we have been covering the ups and downs of NATIONAL Public Relations [Marketplace Listing] for years.   At one point in the company’s history NATIONAL Public Relations was one of the largest public relations agencies in Canada, over the last few years their story of success has changed to one of  loss of clients and talent.

Can NATIONAL Public Relations Turn Itself Around

Can the blame be put on this guy?  Probably not, but it is an interesting coincidence that ever since John Crean left NATIONAL things have never been the same, but how could he turn down the opportunity presented to him.  NATIONAL’s losses have been well documented here, here, here, here, and more. PR In Canada has been contacted over the years and we have met with senior executives from the agency. While they might not have liked the stories we published they were all accurate, and each individual has since left the agency.

NATIONAL Public Relations Loses Another Executive

Joanna WilsonJoanna Wilson is the latest to join a growing list of senior level executives to leave NATIONAL Public Relations.  While there Joanna was the Senior Vice-President and Practice Lead, Healthcare for the last 6 years, prior to that she was a Vice President with Edelman where she senior level strategic counsel and account direction for leading pharmaceutical organizations and healthcare NGOs.
