Whether you are on the agency or brand side, your organization will go through highs and lows, some companies do a good job at communicating internal and external changes, while others fail which will often result in a mass exodus, or high staff turn over. 1. Impromptu Time-Off Requests
When an employees asks for time off should not be an automatic red-flag, sudden requests to be out of the office for half or full days could mean the employee is interviewing for other roles. Paying attention to employees who suddenly call in sick might be an indicator they are ready to call it quits.
