Montreal-based BICOM Communications (Marketplace Listing) has announced the addition of six new team members to their Montreal and Toronto offices. In Montreal, Bhava Thamo joins the team as the new Vice-President, Strategy and Operations, Laetitia Jallais as an Account Director and Laurence Morote as a Communications Coordinator. In Toronto, Christina Peck joins as an Account Director, Blair McGregor as Events Manager and Sarah Gallagher, Communications Coordinator.
With more than 10 years of experience in public relations and marketing for L’Oréal Canada, Bhava is deeply connected with the Quebec market. In addition to her experience in agency environments working within the beauty/fashion/ lifestyle industry, Bhava will be lending strategic support and organizational process to all of the accounts based out of Quebec.
Laetitia comes with extensive experience in the beauty and fashion category earned in both Canada and France. Her previous agency experience afforded her the opportunity to work with global brands and develop strong relationships with media and influencers. Laetitia will be leading the beauty division for BICOM, managing key accounts and developing a strong team of support.
Prior to joining BICOM, Laurence followed up her Bachelor in Communications with a stint in the world of artists and media relations at Productions J.
In Toronto BICOM has hired Christina Peck as an Account Director with more than six years of agency experience working with a variety of clients including major global sports apparel brands, Christina is a wealth of media and influencer expertise and has helped infuse process and innovation that as positively impacted the organization as a whole. Christina will be leading national accounts based out of the Toronto office.
Blair McGregor is rounding out the BICOM Events team as the first Toronto-based Events Manager. Blair will wor closely with the director of events in Montreal, Blair brings her diverse experience with at the Soho House Group and Kit and Ace.
Sarah Gallagher began interning at BICOM and quickly demonstrated skill and professionalism beyond her years.
