NATIONAL Public Relations has announced the appointment of Kim West to the newly created role of Chief Client Officer. This represents a promotion within NATIONAL for Kim just a year after she was promoted to Partner Of Public Affairs And Government Relations last December.
In her new role, Kim will be responsible for the day-to day-operations of the office’s marketing, technology, corporate, public affairs and government relations, and healthcare practices. Kim and her team of senior leaders are responsible for ensuring that NATIONAL meets collective targets, continues to exceed clients’ expectations, and are both aligned with and working collaboratively towards the Firm’s overall goals.
