Cameron Summers has been appointed National Practice Leader Corporate and Public Affairs at Weber Shandwick in their Toronto office.
Weber Shandwick Canada announced today the appointment of Cameron Summers as National Practice Leader Corporate and Public Affairs based in Toronto.  Before joining he was Senior Vice President at MSLGROUP and Vice President of Public Affairs at Edelman where his work won multiple awards. He brings 20 years of experience advising high-profile leaders in the private and public sector in a variety of industries including health, life sciences, transportation, natural resources, energy, consumer packaged goods and telecommunications. He has served as Chief of Staff to Ontario’s Ministers of Research and Innovation and Tourism, was a senior advisor to Canada’s Minister of Transport and Ontario’s former Premier. He has advised in areas of corporate reputation, crisis and risk management, stakeholder relations, media relations and training and public affairs.
