Enterprise Canada announced the addition of Ross Parry and Lindsay Maskell to the communication firms team in their Toronto office. With the acquisition of his firm RSP Communications, Ross is rejoining Enterprise Canada as Principal. Prior to Founding RSP Communications, Ross was Vice President of Enterprise Canada. As former Chief of Staff to Ontario’s Minister of Infrastructure Renewal, Ross was part in the creation of Infrastructure Ontario and the Alternative Financing and Procurement model, which is now used to design, build, finance and maintain major infrastructure projects across Ontario. Ross was also head of public affairs and communications for the Toronto District School Board, Canada’s largest school board.
Lindsay joins Enterprise as Vice President, Public Affairs, after launching her consulting career in 2013 with the founding of her own firm. Lindsay brings more than a decade of progressively senior political experience at Queen’s Park, where she has held a variety of positions including that of Manager of Regional Desks in the Office of the Premier, providing the Premier and government with strategic advice on regional issues. Her experience includes serving as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Natural Resources where she led the development of major legislative reforms to land-use planning, mining, energy, and resource sectors. Her responsibilities included issues management and crisis communications.
