As they prepare for a busy fall, PRAXIS has announced four new hires and two promotions this week to the public relations agency’s team.
Natalie Preddie joins the firm as Account Executive with six years experience servicing retail and consumer electronic brands including SportChek, Black’s Photography and Samsung. Prior to joining PRAXIS, she worked at North Strategic and Ramp Communications. Natalie will work on Pepsi, O.N.E. Coconut Water, Tropicana, Cuisinart and E&J Gallo accounts.
Priscilla Dixon has been hired as an Account Executive servicing PRAXIS clients including The Famous Grouse, Canadian Club and The Macallan, Before joining the team, Priscilla worked at the iPR Group and Brown & Cohen Communications on Sony, Co-op Cabs and Medieval Times.
Andrea Burmaster has been promoted to Account Manager, with seven years experience providing communications counsel to beauty, house & home, and food & beverage clients, Andrea’s client roster includes Quaker Canada, Lifesaving Society, Skinnygirl Cocktails, Sauza Tequila, Pinnacle Vodka, Banff Ice Vodka, Alberta Premium Dark Horse and Conair.
Alexandra Siklos has been hired as Account Coordinator following the completion of a spring internship. Alexandra graduated from Niagara College’s Public Relations certificate program in 2013 and holds an honours degree in Media Information Technoculture from The University of Western Ontario.
Michelle Bigda has been hired as Account Coordinator, after completing an internship with PRAXIS. Michelle graduated from University of Toronto in 2013 with a degree in English and Political Science.
On the promotions end of things, Matt Juniper has been promoted to an Account Manager. Specializing in traditional, online and social media campaigns, Matt has executed programs for some of the country’s most recognizable brands including Pepsi, 7UP, Canadian Club, The Macallan, Highland Park and CARSTAR Collision & Glass.
