As another US retailer looks to expand north, DDB Canada has won their business and officially named agency of record for Nordstrom Canada. The news comes after a competitive pitch process led by DDB Canada Vancouver, which involved two other agencies.
DDB Canada Vancouver, with support from its integrated divisions in the Toronto office, will take the lead role in servicing the new partnership with Nordstrom.
Nordstrom will be engaging DDB Canada’s broad suite of services, including its mass advertising, public relations, shopper marketing, and digital and social media groups. Media buying and planning will be handled by Omnicom Media Group (OMG).
