Here are a few new moves within the Canadian communications and public relations industry for July 16, 2013:
INKED COMMUNICATIONS has just announced the addition of Melissa Grosser as a new freelance associate with the Toronto-based public relations firm. Melissa will be assisting Inked founders, Steph Davidson and Caitlyn Coverly, with client outreach and execution strategies for some of the firm’s current clients. Having spent five years working in the public relations field, Melissa has practiced communications, marketing, and social media strategy in multiple industries, including beauty and skin care, hospitality, television, government relations, technology, and non-profit organizations.
Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K) is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelsey Strickland to consultant, marketing communications, in its Toronto office. Kelsey started as an assistant consultant in the Toronto health group and will continue to use her media relations, project management and relationship-building skills for key H+K client work.
Cassie Prosper has been promoted to Senior Consultant in its Toronto technology communications group. Cassie’s social media expertise and strong leadership skills have been integral to the success of many business-to-business and business-to-consumer programs for some of H+K’s biggest clients.
Hill+Knowlton Strategies has also welcomed Meg Stoudt and welcome back Natasha Parnanzone to its Toronto marketing communications team. Natasha is a “boomerang” (former) H+K employee who returns as a senior consultant, and brings experience in project management, creative thinking and media relations. Meg joins the company from another PR firm as a consultant, and brings expertise in the food and beverage and travel and tourism industries.
