After winning in a bidding process, Narrative PR has been selected as the agency of record for the Aldo Group, this is the first time a Canadian agency has been awarded AOR for the fashion footwear brand.
As part of the assignment, Narrative will be working with all of the banners that fall under the ALDO Group, which includes: ALDO, Call It Spring, GLOBO and Little Burgundy. The work will cover everything from press previews and media samples to celebrity placements and event support. On the corporate side, Narrative PR will also lend their expertise on crisis management. The global strategy for Public Relations and Communications, as well as PR activities for Quebec, will continue to be managed in-house by the ALDO Group.
The first assignment was executed last week as part of the opening of ALDO’s new concept flagship store at Yorkdale Shopping Centre and will support their upcoming sponsorship at the Smut Soirée in Toronto.
