He’s a Chef, restaurateur, his own retail store, and now Mark McEwan has yet another job as a ambassador for the brand ambassador for luxury home appliance manufacturer Jenn-Air

As the brand ambassador, McEwan will take centre stage in all Jenn-Air brand creative, digital and PR activations led by Red Lion, Jenn-Air’s agency of record. This includes a magazine advertisement that just hit newsstands. The advertisement shows Mark hosting a dinner party in a perfectly-designed Jenn-Air kitchen. Looking confident and calm in the middle of what appears to be chaos, the headline reads “Precisely the evening Chef Mark McEwan had in mind”.
Consumers are invited to bring the print advertisement to life with Blippar, an image recognition phone app which turns images into augmented reality experiences. Once the advertisement is scanned, users will be instantaneously directed to a video of the exact dinner party shown in the print advertisement to see the action unfold. The message is clear, no matter how you look at it; it’s always perfect with Jenn-Air appliances.
