A week ago Twitter launched Vine, a video app (iPhone and iPad only right only), the service allows the user to capture, edit and share 6 second videos.
With its over 200,000 million users, Twitter is definitely one of the tools in just about ever public professionals tool box. Video is also a very powerful way that people can communicate their message to their respective audiences, but will Vine be the “go-to” service for public relations professionals?
So we gotta ask…
