Edelman Canada Scores Two New Accounts

June 28, 2012

Chalk up another win, no, make that two wins for Edelman Canada as their Toronto office has won two new significant pieces of business (LOFT and EMD Serono)to their client roster.   The public relations agency will now be working with LOFT a U.S.-based clothing retailer, a division of ANN INC. Tasked with supporting the opening of LOFT’s first international location in Yorkdale Shopping Centre in Toronto, Edelman will be responsible for media and influencer outreach and execution of a consumer event to drive awareness of the fashion retailer as it brings versatile, accessible and affordable style to Canada.

As well, they will be working with EMD Serono, as they have taken over the day-to-day operation of the company’s multiple sclerosis (MS) patient education website www.MSVillageCanada.ca. MS Village is a Canadian bilingual education program and online community that offers peer-to-peer connection, information-sharing and support for people with MS and people affected by MS. Edelman is working with EMD Serono to develop and re-launch the website along with a multi-channel content strategy that will improve the experience of current and future MS Village users by facilitating easier access to information and education about MS.
