Loyalty Management Provider AIMIA Adds 5 In Toronto

As they leave their old name (Carlson Marketing) and branding in the past and look to a new day, AIMIA announced the addition of five senior members to their team this week.   Angie Kramer has recently joined Aimia as Vice President of Digital & Direct to accelerate the company’s push into digital and social loyalty. A former executive at Isobar Canada and Creative Director at Capital C, Angie has worked with a myriad of storied brands including Adidas, Mattel, Heinz, Unilever and Pepsi. Her wealth of experience in building both brands and consumer loyalty through all media, from digital to print to broadcast, will allow her to drive excellence with Aimia’s growing digital team.

Andrew Mitchell  joins the team as Vice President, Client Services – Financial Services. Andrew brings dynamic industry insights to Aimia and will grow Aimia’s innovative offerings to directly support the customer-centric ambitions of the Financial Services client group.

Frank Leong now leads the Information Technology group as Vice President, Business Technology. With extensive experience in developing technology strategies and transforming technology development teams, Frank is well-equipped to lead the team to new innovative heights. Frank will focus on bringing next generation products to the market.

Lauren Davey has been appointed Senior Director, People & Culture, leading the development of Aimia’s key resource, its people. Lauren has diverse experience in organization design, effectiveness and talent management with such organizations as Sobeys and Allstream which will allow her to support Aimia’s business growth in a strategic and efficient manner.

Ryan Mills joins Aimia as Senior Legal Counsel. Ryan brings his corporate legal experience from Tim Horton’s to help the organization reach its goals within the retail sector and contributes his strategic and legal expertise to Aimia’s growth plans.
