Hill & Knowlton Canada has been awarded Excellence Canada’s most prestigious award under the Canada Awards for Excellence program. This marks the first time that a public relations and public affairs firm has been recognized with the Order of Excellence for its sustained, exemplary commitment to quality through Excellence Canada (formerly the National Quality Institute/NQI).
The Canada Awards for Excellence is an annual program that has honored business excellence in quality, customer service and healthy workplaces since 1984. It is based on Excellence Canada’s Framework for Organizational Excellence which is used by business, governments and not-for-profit organizations as a management model for continuous improvement. The awards recognize world-class Canadian businesses that demonstrate tangible evidence of organizational excellence.
