News Canada announced today that they have promoted Charlene Nadalin to the role of Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing. Charlene joined the organization as an account manager 12 years ago and has successfully held three different positions within the company. Over the years she has added to the company’s business and product development efforts specific to the food, beverage and cosmetics industries, and the broadcast department. Her understanding of and appreciation for marketing led her to execute highly effective communications strategies and partnerships with her clients and public relations industry partners, which included the use of social media.
As part of her new role, she will be tasked to build greater awareness, and an increased presence and involvement in the Public Relations industry of News Canada and all of its divisions and product offerings, Media Relations Rating Point (MRP) and an upcoming new product, in-video, on a national level.
Ms. Nadalin’s promotion has opened up a new opportunity within the organization. Reporting to the executive vice president, sales and marketing, this rarely available position will involve the development of new, and the management of existing, business specific to the food, non-alcoholic beverage, pet food and restaurant franchise industries in an assigned region across North America.
