What Message Does Your Website Say About Your Company (or Client)?

January 27, 2011

Skinning through my RSS feeds today I found an article that pointed to a new company called STELLAService, which rates retailers based on the helpfulness of their websites and customer service, has designed a ranking system to make it easier for customers to know what kind of service they are likely to receive.

Spinning this back to communications I have to wonder what your website says to its visitors, yes I do mean “you.” Whether you are an agency client, you should also be concerned with what message your website communicates to the outside world.

No better time than the start of a new year to give your site a quick check up.
