MS&L Toronto Appoints Brenda Paul-Ishikawa As SVP in Corporate & Healthcare

MS&L Group has announced the appointment of Brenda Brock-Woodland, Managing Director for MS&L Toronto. As part of her role she will be focused on the public relation firm’s healthcare and corporate clients manage reputation in real time.
Brenda brings more than 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors, developing public relations and advocacy programs for some of Canada’s best-known companies and organizations. She has served as a senior counselor at four leading PR agencies and brings public affairs experience from her previous roles working with an Ontario Premier and the Embassy of Japan, in Ottawa.

Most recently, she served as Director of Communications and Government Relations for the Canadian Association of Income Funds, spearheading a high-profile communications and advocacy campaign to preserve the income trust structure in Canadian capital markets. This campaign was recognized as one of the top Canadian business stories of the decade.
