Reputation Aside, Tigers Woods Continues To Be A Cash Cow

In a world that goes around and around based on the dollar bill it comes as no surprise that everyone is trying to cash in on “brand Tiger Woods.” As news of scandal broke news outlets around the world added their own version of coverage, one of my favourite sources for celebrity news TZM.com had their own segments dedicated to Tiger Woods.
Sports broadcaster TSN has launched an Apple iPhone/ iTouch app to provide up to the minute coverage of the upcoming Masters where Tigers is due to make his much anticipated come back to golf. EA is also jumping on “brand Tigers Woods” as they have announced the launch of Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online, which shows us that sometimes in the midst of a bad PR nightmare a sponsor will stick behind the a brand.
