I Will Survive (Gloria Gaynor), YMCA (Village People) and Ring My Bell (Anita Ward) were all hit Billboard songs when Ray Argyle Founded Argyle Communications on November 30, 1979. Last month the company celebrated its 30 year anniversary as a Canadian public relations firm. Since that time the company has transitioned to a new ownership team in 2002 and has continued to blossom to a mid-sized pr firm in Canada. To help celebrate this defining moment in the company’s history staff were treated to a two-day retreat in New York City and clients were sent CD’s with hit songs (such as the ones listed above) from 1979, the year the firm was founded.
“For Argyle Communications, this celebration is the perfect cap to a successful year — with continued business growth and 11 major awards from our national and international industry peers,” said Daniel Tisch, president of Argyle Communications. “For the Argyle team, it’s particularly rewarding to share these successes with both our clients and our colleagues.”
The firm services a number of industries including technology, consumer marketing, corporate communications, government and public affairs and health and wellness.
Congratulations to the team at Argyle Communications and here is to many more years of success!
