Pilot PMR has just been named Agency of Record for Algonquin Power, where will be responsible for development and execution of the US-based water utility’s strategy.
“The Liberty Water launch represents a comprehensive communications effort – from the new name through to the new customer experience,” said Ian Robertson, Managing Director of Utilities at Algonquin Power. “Pilot has done a good job in capturing our essential value to ratepayers in the brand story they have developed. This is a critical component as we look to expand in the increasingly competitive utilities market in the US.”
As part of the first branding project Pilot has been tasked to help re-brand and bring Algonquin’s 18 distinct utilities under the new name Liberty Water.
Pilot will also help with the new website and spearhead customer, media and internal relations related to the rollout and should be complete by June 2009.
