NATIONAL PR Acquires Sonic Boom Creative Media

October 6, 2008

NATIONAL Public Relations’ biggest priority right now seems to be building its digital media prowess. Just days ago they announced some major additions at the top level, and today they’ve announced their acquisition of digital media agency Sonic Boom Creative Media Inc..

The interactive agency will help fill in the blanks in the roster of services at NATIONAL, which admits it has seen an “unprecedented” rise in demand for digital media services in the last 12 months.

Sonic Boom will retain its name-NATIONAL knows not to mess with a well-known name-but the two agencies will begin merging their services to offer a seamless communications and digital media solution to their clients.

“Online communications has fundamentally and permanently changed how consumers and stakeholders are informed, connect and form opinion,” says John Crean, managing partner at NATIONAL. “Our merged organization ensures clients will continue to receive the most sophisticated communications counsel online and off.”
