It looks like Cossette is taking the acquisition big seriously made by Cosmo Capital made on July 20, 2009 as they have now retained external assistance by forming a special committee of advisors. The Board of Directors of Cossette has selected BMO Capital Markets as financial advisor, Ogilvy Renault as legal advisor and Fasken Martineau is acting as legal advisor to the Company.
