Toronto-based scratch is getting an early Christmas present (yes, it is coming quickly), as they’ve gotten the nod from Varicent Software as their new agency of record and will deliver digital, social media and public relations services. Varicent Software is a solution provider of enterprise sales performance management software. Scratch has already begun working with Varicent and is set to re-launch the company’s website in January 2010. Varicent Software also recently secured their second round of funding, this round totaling $35 million.
