Today marks another impressive milestone for Social Media Group as they’ve acquired Washington-based Livingston Communications which offers social public relations, started by CEO Geoff Livingston.

The acquisition should be completed by the end of August 2008, and will now make Social Media Group the largest independent social media firm with offices in Toronto, Calgary and Washington, D.C. and a client roster including Ford, SAP, Yamaha and Corbis.
