Social Media Group Acquires Livingston Communications
Social Media has commonly been offered by either public relations or advertising firms, but Maggie Fox, CEO of Social Media Group has very quickly changed the rules of the game, along the way the team has 
added a number of Tier 1 clients, and has Maggie has been a evangelist of the many benefits of social media can offer to corporations.
Today marks another impressive milestone for Social Media Group as they’ve acquired Washington-based Livingston Communications which offers social public relations, started by CEO Geoff Livingston.

The acquisition should be completed by the end of August 2008, and will now make Social Media Group the largest independent social media firm with offices in Toronto, Calgary and Washington, D.C. and a client roster including Ford, SAP, Yamaha and Corbis.
