Environics Communications Cleans Up With New Sustainability & Clean Energy Practice

More and more companies are getting serious about doing their part to help keep Earth in tack and Environics Communications is looking to do their part with the launch of a new Sustainability and Clean Energy practice. Led by Frank Walter, who has joined the agency as a Senior Vice President in the agency’s Washington office, Frank is a 25 year industry veteran with marketing and communications experience with start-ups and Forture 500 corporations.

The new practice already has a few clients including CSA International, the Electric Drive Transportation Association (EDTA), Sustainable Development Technology Canada, and World Wildlife Fund (WWF) as they offer public relations counsel and other services for clients looking to who advocate behavioral changes that help the environment, market sustainable products or services, and provide alternative sources of clean energy for consumers and industry.

In efforts to also “walk the talk” Environics also made an agency-wide commitment to sustainability. The agency was the first North American PR firm to achieve carbon neutrality (as audited by Pembina Institute), and has an extensive in-house program to reduce, reuse and recycle.
