DDB Echolgy It looks like DDB Canada is putting its money where its mouth is when it comes to be socially responsible. The national marketing communications agency has launched DDB Echology, a strategic business alliance with Junxion Strategy that will provide consulting services to help clients leverage communications to social, economic and environmental issues.

Is Frank Palmer Turning Green?

DDB Canada Chairman and CEO adds It’s a powerful combination of Junxion Strategy’s credibility and expertise in sustainability strategy and counsel, matched with DDB Canada’s leadership in creativity and brand stewardship.” The new alliance is part of an ongoing commitment made by Palmer since last spring where he said to employees, “we’re going green” and had retained the services of Junxion Strategy. After putting his own agency under scrutiny, Palmer recognized the need in the market place to offer the type of services that Junxion Strategy offers.

The new division will be head quartered in Vancouver and run by Managing Director Steve Kennedy and Peter ter Weeme from
Junxion Strategy and will have a team of Senior Echologists located in DDB Canada’s Victoria, Edmonton, Toronto and Montreal offices to
address regional client needs.
