Communications Mecca Communications MECA has expanded their team in Toronto with the addition of Noella LeBlanc. Noella joins as an Account Manager for its consumer and healthcare practice. Formerly with the Canadian Food Inspection agency, the Wilcox Group and Delta Media, LeBlanc has more than 12 years in the corporate, consumer and healthcare industries - including work with several federal health-related departments and agencies in both Toronto and Ottawa.
